Persistent Connections

In brief:

The same TCP connections are repeatedly used for processing of different HTTP requests which allows keeping the website performance on the same level as before connecting to Qrator Labs and, in some cases, even speed it up.

In detail:

During the processing of a visitor's HTTP request, establishing the transport TCP connection takes considerable time. The Qrator Labs network uses a dynamic pool of TCP connections for redirection of HTTP requests to the protected server without wasting time on establishing unneeded new connections. This helps increase your website performance and save up your server resources.
